The use of accountants by contractors and the self-employed has been thrown into doubt by government’s recent application of Managed Service Company legislation.
We've launched a campaign to make MPs aware of HMRC's activity in this area and to bring about an urgent review of the legislaiton.

We've put together a template letter which outlines the key arguments for halting these MSC investigations, which you can download below and alter as you see fit. You can also find the contact details of your MP here.
