Welcome to our 4-week Incubator programme designed to help individuals transition to self-employment or enhance their self-employment skills. By enrolling in this programme, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions, which are legally binding.  

The Incubator programme is provided by IPSE, The Association of Independent Professionals and the Self Employed Limited, a company limited by guarantee and registered in England with company number 03770926 and a registered office at Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9LT. In these Terms we refer to ourselves as “IPSE”, “we”, “us” or “our”. We refer to the IPSE Incubator as “IPSE Incubator”, “the product”, or “the programme”. 

1. This programme is intended for individuals aged 18 or older residing in the UK. Participants must have access to a computer, a reliable internet connection, and any required software specified in the course materials. 
2. To register for the programme, participants must complete the online registration form and provide accurate information. 
3. The total fee is £150, inclusive of VAT. Payment must be completed in full before access is granted. 
   1. The IPSE Incubator is to be sold as a single purchase and is non-refundable. 
   2. By creating an account on the IPSE website and accessing digital course materials, participants acknowledge that their right to a refund is waived as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. 
4. Purchasing the IPSE Incubator without the purchase of IPSE membership grants you access to the hosted information and content for 12 months from the date of purchase.  
   1. IPSE members have unlimited access to the information within the Incubator for the duration of their membership. 
5. All content within the IPSE Incubator is for personal use only. You agree not to share, distribute, or resell any part of this product, including the videos and downloads, to any third party. Breach of this clause may result in the immediate termination of your access to the Incubator. All rights to the product, including the videos and downloads, are reserved and protected by copyright. 
   1. The product recipient acknowledges that they do not have any rights to IPSE’s Intellectual Property and shall not make any claim to (or to rights in) the IPSE Incubator’s content or product. Unauthorised use of this product is strictly prohibited. 
6. Those who have purchased the IPSE Incubator without an existing IPSE membership are eligible to upgrade to a membership by only paying the difference in price between the Incubator and their selected membership. 
   1. This offer is only valid for 90 days after the purchase of the Incubator. 
   2. This offer is not valid against Community membership.  
   3. After 90 days from purchase of the Incubator the full retail price of the chosen membership category would need to be paid. 
   4. This discounted membership rate is only available to new joiners and cannot be applied to membership renewal. 
7. The IPSE Incubator provides general information and advice on starting a self-employed business in the UK. It is not intended as professional legal, financial, or tax advice. The information contained within may not be suitable for all individuals or circumstances. 
   1. While IPSE strives to provide high-quality content, we do not guarantee specific business results or outcomes from participation in the programme. Participants acknowledge that their success depends on their own efforts and decisions. 
8. IPSE does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information provided. You should consult with qualified professionals, such as an accountant, lawyer, or financial advisor, for advice tailored to your specific situation. 
9. IPSE shall not be liable for any damages or losses, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from the use of or reliance upon the information provided in this product. 
10. IPSE reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. 
    1. Participants will be notified of significant changes via email or through the IPSE online portal.
