How it all started...
IPSE, The Association of Independent Professionals and the Self-Employed, is the UK’s only not-for-profit association dedicated to the self-employed. Originally formed in 1999 as PCG, a protest organisation against the IR35 tax legislation, it has evolved into much more than that. It now serves as a genuine support system for the self-employed, offering them resources, protection, a community, and a voice.
