On Thursday 24 October, we'll be offering free life and wellbeing coaching sessions with certified personal development coach, Kate Horwood.

Due to the popularity of these sessions in the past, we're very pleased to be able to offer them to members again.

This is for you if you resonate with ANY one or more of the following:

  • You struggle with your time and energy management
  • You identify as a procrastinator, perfectionist and/or people pleaser
  • You’re often stressed and/or anxious
  • You’re experiencing some degree of burnout
  • You’d like to be able to eat better, exercise more, work smarter
  • You’re not where you’d like to be with your health, wellbeing or business goals and you’re finding it hard, if not impossible, to make effective improvements that are sustainable.

Whether you're struggling or perhaps you would like to go to the next level in yourself and/or your business, these are the areas that Kate is going to be able to help you with.

Please note: The sessions are complimentary, will be held virtually by phone or video call and are offered on a first come first serve basis. Everything discussed will be private and confidential. Sessions are 50-minutes long.

About Kate

Kate is an experienced wellbeing consultant and personal development coach who supports hard-working, busy professionals and leaders. She uses science-based tools and techniques to help people create new and improved healthy habits: new ways of thinking, behaving, working, and the belief they need to reach their full potential.

Her consulting work focuses on workplace wellbeing and leadership initiatives such as mental fitness, burnout awareness, optimising energy, time and focus, empathic leadership, stress resilience and wellbeing in direct relation to high performance.

The support and tools Kate provides are always realistic and achievable, even for the busiest of individuals.
